We are looking for a highly motivated Finance & Accounts Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial operations, and reporting while working in a fast-paced startup environment.
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible Finance & Accounts Intern to support our finance operations. This role is ideal for candidates who have completed B.Com or are pursuing CMA and possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing day-to-day finance and accounting activities with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
Stipend:
- ₹10,000 per month for the first 3 months.
- ₹15,000 per month from the 4th month onwards, based on performance review.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently handle GST return filing and related compliance activities.
- Prepare and manage TDS and Professional Tax (PT) filings.
- Perform accounts reconciliation and identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Generate and maintain customer invoices and billing records.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for finance and accounting requirements.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and supporting MIS activities.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
- Take ownership of assigned finance and accounting tasks and ensure they are completed accurately and within timelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Com graduate or currently pursuing CMA.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, PT, accounting principles, and statutory compliance.
- Understanding of accounts reconciliation and invoice generation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
