Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and approach manufacturers, OEMs, and system integrators
Conduct product demos and pitch meetings with plant heads and decision-makers
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Maintain CRM and track leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline
Conduct site visits to understand shopfloor requirements
Work closely with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions
Background in IoT / Automation / Industry 4.0 sales preferred
Strong English communication and presentation skills
Target-oriented with strong lead generation capabilities
Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
