We are looking for an exceptional Senior SEO Manager who has successfully managed SEO for large international e-commerce brands and can lead SEO at a strategic, operational, and execution level.
This role is for a highly analytical, performance-driven, and disciplined leader who can identify growth opportunities, solve complex SEO challenges, build scalable processes, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve aggressive organic growth targets.
The ideal candidate should have experience working with high-traffic websites, thousands of product pages, international SEO campaigns, and enterprise-level SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute enterprise-level SEO strategies for international e-commerce websites.
- Own complete organic growth targets including traffic, rankings, revenue, and conversions.
- Create short-term and long-term SEO roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging SEO technologies.
Technical SEO
- Conduct advanced technical SEO audits and identify critical issues impacting website performance.
- Resolve crawling, indexing, rendering, Core Web Vitals, site architecture, schema markup, and JavaScript SEO challenges.
- Work closely with development teams to implement technical SEO recommendations.
- Ensure websites maintain excellent SEO health and scalability.
E-commerce SEO
- Optimize large-scale product, category, collection, and landing pages.
- Develop scalable internal linking strategies.
- Improve organic visibility across multiple countries and languages.
- Manage faceted navigation, pagination, duplicate content, and inventory-related SEO challenges.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor SEO Executives, SEO Specialists, Content Teams, Developers, and Designers.
- Build accountability and performance-focused work culture.
- Set KPIs, review performance, and ensure timely project execution.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across marketing, content, design, and development teams.
Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring
- Analyze website performance using SEO and analytics tools.
- Track rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue, and customer acquisition metrics.
- Identify growth opportunities through competitor analysis and market research.
- Present actionable insights and business reports to leadership.
Problem Solving & Process Improvement
- Diagnose complex SEO issues and provide practical solutions.
- Create SOPs, workflows, and scalable SEO processes.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency.
- Take ownership of challenges and drive resolution independently.
Required QualificationsMust Have
7–10 years of hands-on SEO experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing SEO teams
Proven experience working with large international e-commerce brands
Experience handling websites with thousands of pages and high organic traffic
Strong technical SEO expertise
Experience managing cross-functional teams
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach
Ability to independently identify issues and implement solutions
Experience working with developers, content teams, designers, and stakeholders
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
