About the Role
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and drive engagement across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in content creation, brand building, social media strategy, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, carousels, videos, and infographics.
- Manage and grow company pages on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other platforms.
- Write compelling content including job posts, success stories, and industry-related updates.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Stay updated with social media trends and recruitment marketing practices.
- Engage with followers and build an active online community.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or Content Creator.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Experience in brand awareness and engagement campaigns.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and other social media tools.
- Strong understanding of content strategy and audience engagement.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate viral and impactful content.
- Recruitment industry exposure will be an added advantage.
