Position: MERN Stack Developer Intern
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated MERN Stack Developer Intern to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of web development using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js) and be eager to learn by working on real-world projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces with React.js.
- Develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Work with MongoDB to design and manage databases.
- Debug, test, and optimize application performance.
- Collaborate with senior developers to implement new features.
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding best practices.
- Learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as required.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+).
- Familiarity with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Understanding of REST APIs and CRUD operations.
- Knowledge of Git and GitHub for version control.
- Basic understanding of responsive web design.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with JWT authentication.
- Basic understanding of Redux or Context API.
- Experience deploying applications on platforms like Vercel, Render, or Netlify.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Candidates with personal projects, internships, or GitHub contributions are encouraged to apply.
