We’re looking for a Job Application Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage job applications end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and helping candidates connect with roles that match their skills and goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver end-to-end support to clients throughout the job application process
- Review and analyze resumes, cover letters, and professional profiles for accurate job matching
- Apply to relevant job opportunities across platforms such as LinkedIn, Workday, Greenhouse, and company career pages
- Execute high-volume job applications with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Track application statuses and maintain organized records using Excel or tracking tools
- Follow up on applications and ensure timely updates
- Provide personalized guidance on job targeting, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet weekly and monthly performance targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree (any specialization; recent graduates welcome).
- Hyderabad-based candidates preferred.
- Personal laptop and reliable internet connection.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort using online job portals.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work in a remote environment.
- Prior recruitment experience is a plus but not required — full training provided.
