We are hiring for Solar Technical Head in Lucknow for a full-time role with a salary range of ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end solar project execution, team handling, installation, testing & commissioning of 200 kW to MW-scale projects. Required: 6+ years of experience in solar projects with strong knowledge of Solar PV, BOQ, costing, estimation, quality & safety management. B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical/Renewable preferred with leadership and multi-site project handling experience.
