Job Summary
Dune Institute of Modern Marketing is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining our courses and programs, answering queries, and helping generate admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
- Explain courses, programs, fees, and admission procedures clearly.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to student inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets.
Requirements ;Good communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi.
- Confident and pleasant telephone manner and basic computer knowledge
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
