The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, guiding prospective students about courses and admissions, and maintaining strong communication with applicants and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound admission-related calls.
- Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Counsel and guide students regarding career opportunities and programs offered by the institution.
- Maintain and update student inquiry records and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth admission processing.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents through effective communication.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/follow-up targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in any stream from a recognized university.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Preference will be given to Dehradun-based candidates.
Required Skills
