Role Purpose
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and cybersecurity roles across TAC Security. This role focuses on attracting, assessing, and hiring high-quality technology talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business hiring objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering, cybersecurity, product, and IT roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, networking, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive technical candidates.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for niche cybersecurity and engineering talent.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical competencies, and hiring priorities.
- Conduct intake meetings to define hiring strategy and recruitment timelines.
- Provide regular hiring updates and market intelligence to business leaders.
Candidate Screening
- Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, cultural fit, and organizational requirements.
- Coordinate technical interview panels with engineering and cybersecurity teams.
- Ensure timely interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Recruitment Operations
- Manage interview scheduling, offer management, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete and compliant.
- Monitor recruitment metrics including Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, Source Effectiveness, and Cost per Hire.
Employer Branding
- Promote TAC Security's employer brand through social media, recruitment campaigns, and networking events.
- Participate in campus hiring initiatives, hackathons, career fairs, and industry events.
- Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on hiring trends in cybersecurity, AI, cloud security, software engineering, and enterprise SaaS.
- Benchmark compensation, talent availability, and competitor hiring practices.
- Recommend recruitment process improvements to increase hiring efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within cybersecurity, SaaS, IT services, or product-based organizations.
- Experience hiring for software engineering, cybersecurity, DevOps, cloud, product management, QA, AI/ML, and infrastructure roles.
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, ATS platforms, and Boolean search techniques.
- Strong understanding of technical terminology and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for cybersecurity roles such as VAPT, SOC, Application Security, Cloud Security, GRC, Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, and Security Consulting.
- Familiarity with AI, cloud technologies, DevSecOps, and enterprise SaaS hiring.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities for niche technical talent.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment with strong analytical and reporting skills.
