We are looking for a smart, experienced, and customer-focused Senior Store Executive to manage daily store operations and deliver an excellent retail experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day store operations efficiently
Manage customer handling & sales support
Maintain stock, inventory & billing processes
Ensure proper visual merchandising & store presentation
Coordinate with team members for smooth operations
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail/store operations
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Experience in billing, inventory & stock management
Presentable personality with professional behavior
Ability to manage store activities independently
Preferred:
Experience in fashion, jewellery, lifestyle, or retail brands
Knowledge of POS systems & retail software
