Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking AI Film Director to take full creative ownership of our slate of AI-generated feature films (30–100 minutes) and episodic web series.
You will be the ultimate creative authority, responsible for directing the story from concept to final render. You will work with an in-house team of AI artists, and editors—cross-checking screenplays, script beats, and dialogue against generated assets, conducting rigorous Quality Control (QC) on raw visual outputs, and ensuring the final film meets commercial cinematic standards before release.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Creative Direction: Own the vision, aesthetic, tone, pacing, and narrative integrity of all long-form AI film projects and series from pre-production to master export.
- Script & Screenplay Optimization: Review and adapt scripts, scene structures, and character dialogue specifically for AI video and audio generation capabilities, ensuring high narrative engagement and emotional depth.
- AI Visual QC & Asset Approval: Inspect and approve raw AI-generated shots (characters, backgrounds, camera motion) created by the visual artist team. Filter out inconsistencies, morphing artifacts, lighting breaks, and incorrect character model features.
- Audio Direction & Voice Alignment: Direct character voice performances generated via ElevenLabs and musical scores from Suno.com to align with the film's tone, dialect nuances, and dramatic beats in both Hindi and English.
- Editorial Supervision & Final QC: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the AI Film Editor in Premiere Pro. Conduct final master QC passes on color grading, sound mix, lip-sync accuracy, pacing, and overall cinematic polish.
Key Qualifications
- Directorial Experience: 2+ years of experience directing or creative-directing films, web series, high-end commercials, or narrative video projects.
- Bilingual Fluency (Hindi & English): Exceptional command of script structure, dialogue nuances, cultural context, and emotional delivery in both Hindi and English.
- Sharp Aesthetic & Visual Eye: Deep understanding of cinematic visual language—camera framing, lighting setups, color theory, lens choices, and visual continuity across scenes.
- Rigorous Quality Control (QC): Proven experience reviewing video and audio assets with extreme attention to detail; ability to catch and correct technical errors, and continuity errors.
- Narrative & Script Mastery: Deep expertise in screenplay structure, character arcs, dialogue rhythm, and storytelling pacing for long-form entertainment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Hands-on knowledge of AI generation pipelines.
- Background in film editing or cinematography, allowing you to give actionable, technical feedback to editors and visual artists.
- Experience running a multi-person creative studio or production unit under fast turnarounds.
