Job Description:
GetSet Tours and Travels is hiring an experienced and result-driven Tours Executive to handle and sell domestic and international tour packages. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, excellent coordination ability, and proven sales skills to convert inquiries into bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries for domestic & international tour packages
- Design and customize tour itineraries based on client requirements
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales techniques
- Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, transport, and sightseeing
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers for smooth tour operations
- Provide accurate pricing and timely follow-ups with clients
- Ensure excellent customer service from inquiry to tour completion
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in travel & tourism (Tours / Sales / Operations)
- Strong sales and closing skills (must)
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and travel systems
Preferred:
- Experience in a travel agency or tour operator
- Knowledge of visa procedures is an added advantage
- Expertise in itinerary creation and package costing
