We’re looking for an Operations Executive to join our ground team — someone who enjoys hands-on work and is ready to grow with a rising brand.
What You’ll Do
- Process daily orders on Shopify/our website
- Print shipping labels using logistics platforms like Shiprocket and Shipway
- Check and manage inventory, keeping counts updated in real time
- Quality check new stock and products before dispatching to customers
- Coordinate with the packing team or help with packing whenever needed
- Operate UV printing machines (training will be provided)
- Make sure the correct products are sent to the customers
- Work-from-office role, overtime available
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or diploma
- Basic computer skills — must know how to use a PC and Microsoft Excel
- Responsible and good with details
- Team player with a positive attitude
