We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead generation & SEO specialist to join our team at RIMS International School and Junior College. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in getting leads, digital marketing, with a passion for education and an understanding of how to translate digital trends into impactful results.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and manage effective SEO & generate leads & make strategies to enhance website visibility and traffic
- Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns and performance marketing
- Oversee website content and coordination with the development/vendor team
- Manage and grow the school’s presence across all social media platforms
- Conduct keyword research and audience profiling to target the right user base
- Execute SMS and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
- Support and contribute to marketing initiatives related to school programs and admissions
- Stay updated with Google trends and analytics to inform content and campaign decisions
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing
- Proactive, creative, and a true go-getter
- Strong understanding of the education sector is a plus
- Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
