Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Azure & Microsoft 365 Administrator to provide Level 2 (L2) support and manage cloud infrastructure and enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:

Administration and management of Microsoft Azure environment
Intune administration, including device compliance, policies, and application deployment
Azure App Registration and management of API permissions, certificates, and secrets

Implementation and support of Single Sign-On (SSO) using Azure AD / Entra ID

Administration of Microsoft 365 services, including:

Exchange Online
-
Microsoft Purview (Compliance & DLP)
-
SharePoint Online
-
OneDrive for Business
-
Microsoft Teams
-
Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance
-
Provide L2-level troubleshooting for Azure, Intune, and Microsoft 365-related issues

Handle incident resolution, service requests, and root cause analysis

Work closely with L1 teams and escalate to Microsoft support when required

Ensure security best practices and compliance standards are followed
Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience in Azure Administration

Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
-
Practical & Hands On experience of Azure App Registrations and SSO integrations

Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 administration
-
Experience in L2 troubleshooting and support

Good documentation and communication skills
