Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher NPD Engineer to join our New Product Development team. The candidate will support product development activities, coordinate with production teams, and assist in new component development from concept to production stage.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in new product development activities.
Support design & development of new components/products.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Purchase departments.
Prepare documentation related to NPD projects.
Maintain product development timelines and reports.
Participate in trial runs and product validation activities.
Handle basic engineering drawings and BOM preparation.
Continuous improvement support for existing products.
Eligibility Criteria
Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred.
Understanding of drawings & measurements.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in manufacturing industry.
