Tedibar Project: Key Responsibilities of Counsellors
Location: As assigned (Corporate Hospitals & Clinics)
Shift: 9-hour shift depending upon OPD schedule
Core Responsibilities
1. Hospital Coverage:
➢ Visit the assigned number of hospitals regularly as per the planned work for the month in
sync with the field managers.
➢ Ensure regular visit of corporate hospitals and clinics in the planned opds as per the schedule
and the availability of doctors.
2. Healthcare Professional Engagement:
Meet and engage with:
➢ Assigned number of doctors of respective specialities (Paediatrics, neonatal and dermats)
➢ Nurses and paramedical staff
➢ Chemists
➢ Purchase Managers
➢ Marketing Managers
➢ Demo and explain product usage, features, and baby skin care tips and benefits of the
products as per training and guidelines.
3. Parent Engagement & Counselling:
➢ Meet and counsel parents effectively on baby skincare and Tedibar – Atogla usage.
➢ Address queries and concerns with empathy and accurate product information.
➢ Conduct demonstration of products wherever possible.
➢ Sampling of the products to premium patients
4. Camp Activities:
Organize and assist in:
➢ pH camps
➢ Corniometer camps
➢ Ensure proper education and product sampling during the camps
5. Product Monitoring & Market Intelligence:
➢ Collect feedback from parents and document it.
➢ Prepare a list of newly available products or stock in hospitals.
➢ Monitor competitor activities and report insights.
➢ Share any updates on new brand entries or product shifts.
6. Collaboration and Joint Calls:
Individual Work and joint field visits with:
➢ Medical Representatives (MRs)
➢ Territory Managers (TM)
➢ Zonal Managers (ZM)
➢ Business Managers (BM)
7. Internal Coordination & Reporting:
Maintain daily reporting and monthly reporting based on KPI.
➢ To the Project Manager
➢ To the Zonal Manager
➢ With the Tedibar Sales Team
➢ Share daily activity logs, feedback, Competitors information and outcomes of field visits
8. Nurse Engagement Activities:
➢ Conduct care staff engagement activities and capture details to engage the nurses / head
nurse for the future nurse activation, planned by the marketing team of torrent
➢ Weekly or monthly, depending on hospital protocols.
➢ Product training, Q&A sessions, and sample distribution- needbased.
➢ Participate in the campaigns planned by the torrent team on any special day/ event
celebrated in the hospitals.
9. Travel Requirements:
➢ Extensive fieldwork across assigned cities with your own vehicle or public transport. (DA will
be allocated)
➢ Must be flexible to travel to designated hospitals and clinics as per scheduling and coverage
