Position Overview :
The Tendering & Bidding Engineer is responsible for preparing, coordinating, and submitting competitive bids for and construction projects. The role involves analyzing tender documents, coordinating with internal departments, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring timely submission of compliant bids.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify relevant tenders from portals such as GeM, CPPP, State e-procurement portals, PSU websites, and private clients
- Download and study tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and specifications
- Prepare tender summaries and feasibility notes for management approval
- Costing & Estimation
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for technical inputs
- Handle Pre & Post Bid queries and activities, corrigenda and clarifications
- Track bid status and communicate results internally
- Record & Compliance and Maintain a tender database
Requirements :
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar field
- Familiarity with Govt. and PSU portals
- Good knowledge of costing, estimation and commercial terms

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
