Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR
preferred).
3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Human Resources to support the HR
department in managing core HR functions. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee relations,
performance management, HR compliance, training & development, and other strategic initiatives aimed at
enhancing employee experience and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviews, and offers.
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Maintain candidate databases and manage recruitment metrics.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Support employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal events.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
3. Performance Management
Support in managing the performance appraisal cycle.
Track KPIs and coordinate with line managers for feedback sessions.
Assist in setting up development plans and performance improvement programs.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure HR records and employee files are up to date.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.
5. Training & Development
Coordinate training sessions and learning & development programs.
Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records.
6. HR Analytics & Reporting
Prepare HR reports and dashboards for management.
Analyze HR data to support decision-making and process improvements.
