- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Maintain and update documentation to enhance team knowledge and support processes.
- Assist in monitoring system performance and proactively identify potential risks.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
