About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AI-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing, organic growth, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Perform On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO to improve website rankings.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation and conversions.
- Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility on AI search platforms.
- Implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies for AI-powered search engines like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
- Improve website conversion rates and user experience.
- Create and execute email marketing and remarketing campaigns.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates, AI trends, and digital marketing innovations.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO)
- Google Ads Certification is preferred.
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).
- Knowledge of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Search Console
- Google Tag Manager
- Keyword Research Tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, etc.)
- Local SEO & Google Business Profile Optimization
- WordPress or CMS management
- Basic HTML/CSS understanding
- AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Canva AI
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are an advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
