Concep’s Media Works is seeking a skilled Senior PHP Developer with a strong command of Laravel and other PHP-based frameworks. You’ll be leading development projects, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring high-performance, scalable web applications are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead backend development using Laravel and related PHP frameworks.
- Collaborate with designers and frontend developers to build seamless integrations.
- Guide and mentor team members, ensuring best coding practices.
- Manage version control and deployment workflows using Git and SSH.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and performance optimization
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, etc.).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for backend integration.
- Experience working in Linux environments and managing repositories with Git.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Drupal (optional).
- Exposure to frontend frameworks such as React.js, Angular.js, or Node.js is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage projects independently.
- Proactive, self-driven, and passionate about clean, efficient code.
