Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine system health checks during every shift.
- Monitor system performance and respond to incidents and breakdowns on a 24/7 basis.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues.
- Coordinate with airport and customer representatives for operational support.
- Manage consumables inventory and replenishment activities.
- Support preventive maintenance activities in coordination with the wider service team.
- Address customer queries related to reports and technical matters.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the Technical Support team.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations.
Candidate Profile
Service Engineer
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or related
discipline.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
