Psychiatrist Intern assists in supporting persons with mental health conditions. The role includes patient interaction, case documentation, counselling support, and learning clinical psychiatric practices under supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- consultations and mental health assessments
- Observe and support diagnosis and treatment planning
- Maintain records and case documentation accurately
- Support counselling and therapy sessions when required
- Monitor progress and report observations to Authority
- Coordinate with Team, nurses, and healthcare staff
- Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of patient information
- Participate in clinical discussions, research, and training programs
