Yana IVF & Fertility Centre is looking for an experienced Digital Media Manager to lead our digital marketing, social media, performance marketing and online lead-generation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and patient enquiries.
- Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube campaigns.
- Generate quality leads and improve lead-to-appointment conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CPA, ROI/ROAS and overall marketing spend.
- Manage social media platforms and develop monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate with content creators, graphic designers, video teams and external agencies.
- Develop engaging content including reels, videos, educational posts, blogs and patient awareness campaigns.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams for accurate IVF and fertility-related content.
- Manage website content, SEO and landing-page optimisation.
- Monitor Google Business Profiles and online reputation across centres.
- Analyse digital leads and coordinate with the telecalling team to improve conversion.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Monitor competitor digital activities and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Ensure all digital communication follows healthcare advertising, brand and patient privacy guidelines.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Experience in Healthcare / Hospital / IVF / Fertility industry preferred.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, GA4 and social media marketing.
- Excellent analytical, creative and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and digital marketing budgets.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion metrics.
