Key Responsibilities
* Handle projects from concept development to execution
* Prepare architectural layouts, presentations and technical drawings
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors
* Conduct site visits and ensure design compliance
* Review drawings, materials and execution quality
* Manage project schedules and guide junior team members
Required Skills
* Strong design, planning and project-handling abilities
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and rendering software
* Good knowledge of materials, detailing and site execution
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Experience in commercial architecture and interior projects is an added advantage
Qualification: B.Arch
