Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, referrals, and databases
- Generate leads via cold calls, cold emails, WhatsApp, and DMs
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking sheets
Client Communication & Pitching
- Initiate conversations with founders, marketing heads, and decision-makers
- Understand client pain points and business goals
- Pitch digital marketing services including:
- Social Media Marketing
- Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads)
- Branding & Content Creation
- Website Design & Development
Sales & Conversion
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings with prospects
- Assist in proposal creation, pricing discussions, and negotiations
- Follow up consistently to close deals
- Work towards monthly revenue and conversion targets
Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, ads, content) for smooth onboarding
- Ensure a seamless handover once the deal is closed
Required Skills & QualificationsMust-Have Skills
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and founders
- Basic understanding of digital marketing (or willingness to learn)
- Sales-driven mindset with goal orientation
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in agency sales or B2B sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, or social media marketing
