Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Meeting & Executive Assistance
· Assist the principal during meetings, both internal and external.
· Carry necessary files, documents, and laptop.
· Take notes, track action points, and follow up on reminders.
· Help organize schedules, meeting agendas, and reminders.
2. Hospitality & Guest Support
· Make reservations and manage table bookings at hotels and restaurants.
· Settle bills, handle payments, and ensure proper arrangements.
· Welcome guests, escort them, and ensure they are comfortable.
· Maintain high standards of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
3. Logistics & Coordination
· Track ongoing tasks, meetings, and food arrangements.
· Ensure smooth execution of events and personal engagements.
· Coordinate with hotels, venues, and staff to meet requirements.
4. Appearance & Professional Conduct
· Maintain a smart, professional, and well-dressed appearance.
· Exhibit polite, confident, and articulate communication in English.
· Uphold high standards of grooming, body language, and etiquette.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
