- Meet and greet customers in a professional manner
- Understand customer concerns and requests
- Advise customers on necessary repairs or services
- Provide clear and accurate estimates for work
- Work closely with technicians to ensure work is completed correctly and on time
- Monitor repair progress and keep customer informed
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on industry trends and technical advancements
Pay: ₹10,290.38 - ₹25,111.18 per month
