Job Description – Accounts Executive
Position: Accounts Executive – Quotations & Billing
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer quotations accurately and on time.
- Generate tax invoices, proforma invoices, and billing documents.
- Maintain records of quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and related documents.
- Follow up on quotation approvals and order confirmations.
- Verify pricing, quantities, GST calculations, and billing details.
- Coordinate with sales, production, and customers regarding quotation and invoice requirements.
- Manage accounts receivable records and track outstanding payments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and GST regulations.
- Handle customer queries related to quotations, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain organized digital and physical documentation of all transactions.
- Assist in basic accounting and administrative activities as required.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of quotation preparation and invoicing procedures.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and GST.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong record-keeping and document management skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- Experience in accounts, billing, quotation preparation, or office administration preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts, Billing, Quotation Preparation, or Invoice Management.
Summary:
Responsible for preparing customer quotations, generating invoices, maintaining billing records, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring accurate financial documentation and timely processing of accounts-related activities.
Pay: ₹8,366.81 - ₹29,669.73 per month
