HOSTEL IN-CHARGE CUM SECURITY FOR GIRLS HOSTEL IN SILIGURI. RESIDENT POSITION. ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD PROVIDED. MONTHLY 4 DAYS LEAVE.
1. Supervise the hostel housekeeping staffs. Maintain overall cleanliness of the hostel campus.
2. Be in the reception and maintain boarder in-out register. Ensure all boarders sign the register while going out and coming in.
3. Wellbeing of boarders, polite behaviour and cordial relationship with boarders. Take part in regular meetings with boarders.
4. Provide first aid and assist boarders in case of medical emergency.
5. Timely update of data and proper coordination with colleagues.
6. Coordination with Hostel Manager for resolution of complaints within 3 days
7. Maintenance of guest register, and attendance (Biometric & Register)
8. Accurate count of boarders for food and supervision of serving of food
9. Daily update of campus activities to Hostel Manager
10. Close and open gates on time. Inform any late coming of boarder to Manager.
11. Timely collection of fee from boarders including late fee.
12. Distribution of food to hostel boarders and maintain quantity.
