Core Responsibilities
- System Operations: Monitor inventory inflows and outflows by updating and validating transactions within the ERP system ( Advanced Resource Management Software).
- Stock Monitoring & Auditing: Conduct routine cycle counts and physical audits. Reconcile discrepancies immediately to ensure 100% data accuracy between physical counts and system records.
- Demand Forecasting: Analyze historical sales data, lead times, and seasonal trends to project future inventory needs.
- Replenishment & Procurement: Help set safety stock levels and automatic reorder points in the ERP system. Coordinate with procurement to trigger purchase orders before stockouts occur.
- Cost Optimization & Loss Prevention: Apply inventory methods like FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and optimize carrying costs. Investigate reasons for damaged, expired, or misplaced goods to prevent shrinkage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align daily stock flow with the needs of the warehouse, sales, and logistics teams.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Software Fluency: Deep knowledge of modern ERP Advanced Resource Management Software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong capability in analyzing complex data and generating inventory KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Attention to Detail: High precision to prevent errors in stock valuation and availability.
- Communication: Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with vendors and warehouse staff.
- Education & Experience: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business, often requiring 2-5 years of hands-on experience with ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS
