Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while continuously overseeing progress and addressing challenges to deliver effective solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Experience in designing and implementing cloud-based contact center solutions.
- Strong knowledge of telephony systems and integration with customer relationship management platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance within Amazon Connect environments.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
