Key Responsibilities 1. Procurement & Inventory Management
- Manage end-to-end procurement of finished pharmaceutical products in a cost-effective and timely manner
- Create, review, and process purchase orders (POs) accurately using MARG ERP
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability through data-driven planning
- Prevent stockouts and overstocking through effective demand forecasting and coordination
2. Vendor & Supply Chain Management
- Develop, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Identify and onboard new vendors to ensure quality, reliability, and competitive pricing
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to achieve cost efficiency
- Ensure strict follow-up with vendors for order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery timelines
3. Logistics & Transportation
- Plan and coordinate transportation and logistics for timely and safe delivery of goods
- Monitor dispatch schedules and resolve transportation or delivery-related challenges
- Ensure smooth coordination between vendors, transporters, and internal teams
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
