Job Summary: To manage project-based financial accounting, ensure compliance (FCRA, TDS, statutory), support audits, and strengthen financial processes across locations while ensuring accurate reporting, fund utilization, and regulatory adherence..
Key responsibilities:
Finance & Accounts Management
· Maintain and review Books of Accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
· Handle project fund accounting, including allocation and utilization tracking
· Monitor budgets vs actual expenses and ensure timely corrective actions
· Oversee Utilisation Certificate (UC) monitoring and reporting
· Ensure proper cost allocation across projects and cost heads
· Ensure compliance with FCRA, CSR, and Income Tax provisions
· Ensure compliance with Health & Safety (H&S) guidelines
Compliance & Inter-Location Support
· Monitor compliance with internal SOPs and statutory requirements (TDS, etc.)
· Provide training and guidance to field/branch teams
· Ensure timely submission of fund requests
· Perform HO vs Branch reconciliations
· Maintain project-wise compliance checklists
Audits, Review & Reporting
· Support audits, due diligence activities, and statutory reporting
· Prepare and submit financial reports and documentation
· Ensure accurate accounting for FC and BCI projects
· Prepare BMRs, UCs, and review Tally data
· Assist in FCRA returns and audits
· Maintain long-term financial data records
· Assist in Income Tax scrutiny data preparation
· Support partner reporting and ad-hoc finance tasks
Field Visits & Operational Support
· Conduct field visits to FC locations
· Perform account verification and review at project locations
· Provide operational and financial support to field teams
Systems & Process Improvement
· Assist in implementation of accounting software
· Ensure system maintenance, data backup, and training
· Drive process improvement initiatives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
