About the Role
We are looking for an active, customer-friendly, and energetic sales boy / retail sales executive to join our store team. In this role, you will be the friendly face of our brand, helping customers find the right outfits, explaining product details, and ensuring they have a wonderful shopping experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly as they enter, understand their requirements, and guide them to the right sections.
- Product Guidance: Explain features, pricing, and styling details of various clothes to help customers make their purchase decisions.
- Stock & Size Availability: Quickly check and verify size or colour availability across the store inventory.
- Store Maintenance & Merchandising: Ensure shelves, racks, and display areas are neat, well-organised, and fully stocked throughout the day.
- Billing & Packing Support: Assist at the counter with folding, packing items securely, and handing over purchases smoothly to customers.
- Inventory Handling: Assist the store team with daily stock checks and updating inventory logs when required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum Plus Two / Higher Secondary (degree graduates are also welcome).
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar sales role (retail stores, textiles, or fashion showrooms, etc. preferred). Freshers with high energy and good communication are also welcome.
- Skills: Active, energetic, polite, and comfortable interacting with customers. Good communication skills in Malayalam (English is a plus).
- Location: Candidates from nearby places within a 5–10 kilometre radius are preferred.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
