Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – ERP with PMP certification or Prince 2 Certification to lead and deliver ERP implementation and enhancement projects for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing end-to-end ERP programs, stakeholder communication, and working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment aligned to EST hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP projects (implementation, upgrade, migration, support).
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure using standard methodologies.
- Ensure adherence to PMP / PMBOK best practices.
- Conduct regular status meetings, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
- Identify risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure successful delivery aligned with client expectations and SLAs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- PMP Certification (Mandatory)
- 10+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in ERP Project Management
- Strong experience with ERP platforms (Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, Banner, or similar)
- Proven track record of managing large-scale ERP implementations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with US clients / EST time zone
- Strong understanding of Agile / Waterfall methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Higher Education domain
- Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions
- ITIL or Agile certifications (nice to have)
Work Requirements
- Willingness to Work from Office (Gurgaon)
- Availability to work in EST shift
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per year
