Role Summary:
We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive to handle daily order processing and dispatch for our D2C business. The role includes managing orders from Shopify and Amazon, packing products, generating shipping labels, coordinating with courier partners, and ensuring timely and accurate dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily orders from Shopify and Amazon Seller Central
- Generate shipping labels and invoices
- Pack and dispatch orders as per timelines
- Coordinate with courier partners and update tracking details
- Maintain basic inventory and dispatch records
- Handle returns and exchanges
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in e-commerce operations / order fulfillment
- Basic knowledge of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and courier platforms
- Good attention to detail and ability to handle physical packing work
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills
Working Days: 6 days a week
Working Hours: 8–9 hours/day

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
