Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to operate and maintain CNC Laser Cutting and CNC Bending Machines. The ideal candidate will have experience reading technical drawings, setting up machines, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC laser cutting and CNC bending machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
- Load raw materials and ensure correct machine settings before production.
- Perform machine programming adjustments as required.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality specifications and tolerances.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and report any equipment issues.
- Maintain production records and documentation.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company standards.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet production targets.
Requirements
- Experience operating CNC Laser Cutting Machines and CNC Press Brake/Bending Machines.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements.
- Knowledge of CNC machine setup, tooling, and basic programming.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- ITI, Diploma, or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Minimum 0-3 years of experience in CNC machine operation preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows.
