Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Growth Executive to expand business opportunities and strengthen client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, field activities, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Promote company services and generate leads
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
- Conduct field visits and market research activities
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports
Requirements:
- Any Degree / MBA preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in healthcare/hospital marketing (added advantage)
- Client handling and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel within Pollachi and Coimbatore
