Aptitude Trainer
Location: Coimbatore / Madurai

Duration: 3 Months (Project-Based)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Aptitude Trainer to deliver engaging and effective training sessions for students preparing for campus placements and competitive examinations. The trainer should be capable of teaching quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and problem-solving techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on Aptitude and Reasoning.
- Train students in:
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Logical Reasoning
- Verbal Ability
- Data Interpretation
- Analytical Thinking
- Prepare training materials, assessments, and practice exercises.
- Conduct mock tests and evaluate student performance.
- Provide individual guidance and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Track student progress and submit training reports.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience in placement training or competitive exam coaching is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching tools.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
- Prior experience as an Aptitude Trainer, Placement Trainer, or Soft Skills Trainer is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- 1–5+ years of training experience.
- Experience handling engineering, arts, and science college students.
Compensation
- Pay will be discussed during the interview.
Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹3,000.00 per day
