Role: Project Manager HVAC
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Salary: As per experience.
Location: Adambakkam, Chennai.
Notice Period: Immediate
*Project Planning & Execution: Manage all phases of HVAC projects, from design review and material procurement to installation, testing and commissioning.
*Budget & Schedule Control: Develop project plans, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
*Site Management & Supervision: Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards, safety protocols, and proper installation techniques.
*Technical Coordination: Work with engineers, designers, and technicians to interpret blueprints, schematics, and AutoCAD drawings.
*Client & Vendor Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors and suppliers, providing project updates and resolving issues.
*Performance Optimization: Validating system performance and ensuring efficiency.
*Documentation: Preparing progress reports and final handover documents.
