- Receive, store, and issue spare parts as per service and sales requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels
- Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for parts requirements
- Prepare purchase requests and follow up with vendors for timely supply
- Ensure proper billing, GRN, and documentation for spare parts
- Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving parts and report to management
- Conduct periodic stock verification and handle discrepancies
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of spare parts
- Handle customer queries related to availability and pricing of spare parts
- Comply with company policies and OEM standards
