Position Overview
The HR & Talent Acquisition Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting core human resource functions of the organization. The role requires identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring smooth onboarding, employee engagement, HR compliance, and personnel administration.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and campus recruitment initiatives.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical and management interviews.
- Schedule interviews and communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and related employment documentation.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
- Develop relationships with colleges, universities, and training institutions for recruitment partnerships.
- Participate in job fairs, placement drives, and recruitment campaigns.
Human Resources Operations
- Facilitate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Support payroll preparation by maintaining accurate employee information.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support.
- Coordinate employee confirmation, appraisal, promotion, and separation processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Assist in employee engagement and retention initiatives.
HR Administration
- Maintain confidential personnel records and employee files.
- Generate HR reports and recruitment metrics.
- Support training and development activities.
- Coordinate internal communications and HR-related events.
- Ensure proper documentation of employee lifecycle activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related field.
- MBA in Human Resource Management preferred.
- Professional HR certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources and Recruitment.
- Experience in IT, Technology, Training, Education, Consulting, or Skill Development sectors preferred.
