Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of Animation & Visualization Solutions to industrial clients
Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
Build strong relationships with Industrial Equipment Manufacturers, Engineering Companies, EPC Firms, and Facility Management Organizations
Conduct client presentations and solution demonstrations
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Achieve revenue and business growth targets
Coordinate with production and technical teams for project execution
Desired Candidate Profile
✔ Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience in Animation, 3D Visualization, Industrial Marketing Solutions, Digital Media, or related services
✔ Strong network within Industrial Equipment, Manufacturing, Engineering, Utilities, Facilities, or Infrastructure sectors
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets
✔ Ability to understand technical and industrial business requirements

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Sales Manager with expertise in selling Animation, 3D Visualization, Industrial Explainer Videos, Product Demonstration Animations, and related digital solutions to B2B Industrial Equipment and Facilities clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, expanding client relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the industrial sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial equipment, manufacturing, engineering, plant operations, and facility management sectors.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, market research, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish long-term relationships with decision-makers, including Marketing Heads, Plant Heads, Engineering Managers, Business Heads, and Procurement Teams.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable animation and visualization solutions.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Present company capabilities and animation solutions to prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and close business opportunities.
- Consistently achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets.
Market Development
- Track industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging opportunities within industrial, engineering, and infrastructure sectors.
- Recommend strategies for market expansion.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate with creative, animation, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and maintain client satisfaction throughout execution.
