Core Responsibilities
- Itinerary Planning: Assess client preferences and budget to design highly personalized domestic or international tour packages.
- Bookings & Reservations: Secure transportation, hotels, car rentals, and tour admissions while utilizing approved suppliers and booking platforms.
- Client Consultation: Discuss travel goals, provide local dining and attraction recommendations, and distribute travel materials.
- Documentation Support: Guide clients through visa applications, travel insurance requirements, and health guidelines.
- Sales & Marketing: Actively promote special fares, fixed-departure tours, and generate promotional materials to reach revenue targets.
- Crisis Management: Handle unexpected travel changes (e.g., flight cancellations, emergencies, or complaints) and arrange suitable alternatives.
- Vendor & Financial Management: Maintain relationships with tour operators, process client deposits and balances, and keep accurate records.
Key Requirements
- Education & Experience: A degree in hospitality or tourism, paired with prior experience as a travel agent or consultant.
- System Proficiency: Familiarity with Computer Reservation Systems (CRS), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and CRM software.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills and fluency in multiple languages to build international client relationships.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous organizational skills to track logistics, bookings, and financial statements accurately.
Pay: ₹615,681.20 - ₹1,835,092.61 per year
