About the Role
Ramsons Perfumes Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled, proactive, and service-oriented IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support at our Ambernath location. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, sound knowledge of IT hardware and infrastructure, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, and basic networking devices.
- Provide technical support for Microsoft Office 365 applications – Mandatory.
- Install, configure, update, and maintain software and operating systems.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and infrastructure at the Ambernath location.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain basic IT asset and equipment records.
- Provide timely technical support to employees for IT-related concerns.
- Work with Linux-based systems; knowledge of Linux will be considered an added advantage.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant IT experience preferred.
- Must possess at least one relevant IT certification from:
- Cisco
- Microsoft
- Red Hat
- OR
- A relevant IT diploma from a reputed institute such as Jetking.
- Candidates without relevant IT certifications or diplomas will not be considered.
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, networking, and basic IT infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365 – Mandatory.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Linux operating systems is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.Location & Relocation Requirement
- Candidates residing in or around Ambernath will be given preference.
- Candidates willing to relocate to Ambernath before joining may also apply.
- Ability to commute reliably or relocate before joining is mandatory.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a technically sound, proactive, and responsible IT professional who can efficiently handle day-to-day IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth IT operations at our Ambernath location.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
