Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, Clients
4. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
5. Conduct product demonstrations, and client meetings
6. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals effectively
8. Coordinate with internal teams (service, Dispatch,Accounts,Store) for smooth delivery
9. Prepare sales reports, proposals, and documentation
10. Participate in exhibitions, promotional activities
11. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
12. Ensure timely collection of payments from customers
13. Maintain accurate records in CRM or reporting systems
