Position Title: Teamcenter Functional Tester
Experience level: 3-8 Years
Location: Pune
Notice Period: 30 Days
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Functional Tester with strong knowledge of PLM processes and Teamcenter application testing. The candidate will be responsible for validating Teamcenter functionalities, executing test cases, defect tracking, and coordinating with business and technical teams to ensure quality delivery.
Perform functional testing of Teamcenter PLM applications and related modules.
- Understand business requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Execute manual testing for Teamcenter functionalities such as BOM Management, Workflow, Change Management, Document Management, and Access Control.
- Validate integrations between Teamcenter and other enterprise applications like SAP, CAD tools, or ERP systems.
- Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps.
- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and test execution activities.
- Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Perform regression, integration, and UAT support activities.
- Prepare test reports and provide regular status updates to management.
- Ensure adherence to QA processes and testing standards.
- Strong experience in Teamcenter Functional Testing.
- Good understanding of PLM concepts and Teamcenter architecture.
- Experience in modules like:
- BOM Management
- Workflow Management
- Change Management
- Document Management
- User & Role Management
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes.
- Hands-on experience with defect management and test management tools.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience in Teamcenter integration testing with SAP or CAD applications.
- Exposure to Teamcenter upgrades/migration testing.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Experience in automation testing is an added advantage.
- Good communication skills
Knowledge of Teamcenter integrations with 3rd parties a plus
Individual contributor who can execute requirements with minimal guidance
Ability to assist in designing the solution
Ability to learn new technologies and use them in implementation
Must Have Skills:
